The USTRC Cinch NFTR Yeti #13.5 Shoot Out topped last year's event with a little over 450 teams, split in four rotations running in three arenas. The event went off like clockwork with the top 30 teams ready to rope their 4th steer at 6:30 pm. The short round was close from the start, with nine lead changes and only a 9 second difference from 1st to 16th place. This short round was fast all the way around, Rylea Rae Fabrizio & Colton Tate won the fast time check with a time of 6.86. Sixteen teams won a piece of the $240,000 payout, with Kirk Williams & Shank Edwards taking home $50,000 along with Scott Thomas Saddles, Resistol Hats, and HorsePower Boots. High team back, Kirk & Shank, proved to have the gumption to push past the pressure and rope a 7.44 on their last steer, taking home first with a time of 28.82 on four.
