Happy New Year, we hope you and your families had a wonderful Christmas season. As we look back at 2024 we are pleased to tell you that yet again, we saw payouts to USTRC competitors increase this year! Thank you to all of our wonderful producers who strive to provide top-quality qualifiers all across the country and thanks to all of you who make this great organization the best place for families to compete in our great sport. We are excited to see what 2025 has in store!
    This year, you can expect to see more of our Signature Series qualifiers in some different geographical areas along with some new faces of first class producers we are pleased to add to our team. Remember that all of these qualifiers allow winners 1st through 3rd in the average to receive discounted entries to the Cinch NFTR. We have plenty of opportunities in the coming months to earn those discounts and for our young ropers in the Resistol Jr Champion and women in the Cinch Ladies races to rack up those points!
    Looking forward to National Finals of Team Roping in just about 4 months, we want to remind ropers 20 years old and under (based on year of birth - born in 2005 or later) that you must get 10 entries in order to be eligible to compete. We backed the start date up this year, so entries between Thanksgiving weekend of 2024 and the Finals at USTRC, NTR, NTRL, Patriot, and WSTR events all count towards your 10 entry requirement. The age cap has been lifted in the #13.5 division at WSTR qualifiers, providing additional opportunities for you young ropers to get the required entries! Please be aware that we will hold the line on this when it comes times for the finals in April as it helps provide the most level playing field possible.
    Please be on the lookout for deadlines you must meet to receive your entry discounts for the NFTR. We encourage those who haven't done so to explore the benefits of the Key Card and Key Card Max. These memberships literally pay for themselves for those of you planning to attend the finals with your unlimited early entry discounts. In addition, you can receive all of your USTRC National Finals of Team Roping runs via Run Delivery, the Live Stream, a subscription to Roping.com, and access to the best roadside assistance with US Roper.
